A CLYDEBANK primary school has said an emotional goodbye to a staff member who gave more than three decades of her life to the community's kids.
Pupils and staff at St Mary's gathered to mark the retirement of their much-loved catering assistant Margaret Cubeddu.
Margaret has worked for West Dunbartonshire Council for 34 years and latterly as a catering assistant at the Duntocher school for 10 years.
Headteacher Marie Guthrie said: "Margaret will be fondly remembered for her love and care of the children over lunch times, for her happy smile, kindness and good humour with children and colleagues alike.
"She now plans to spend more time with her friends and family and we wish her good health to enjoy her retirement."
