Police have revealed the number of arrests made in front of Celtic Park as thousands of fans gathered.

Celtic won 2-0 against Hearts at Tynecastle yesterday and retained the Scottish Premiership title.

Thousands of fans flocked to the Parkhead stadium to welcome the players back and celebrate the achievement.

Hoops supporters waved flags, flares, danced and sang together.

Police Scotland has now revealed that two people were arrested during the event.

A force spokesperson said: "A man and a woman were arrested for breach of the peace."
