UPDATE: Glasgow City Council has confirmed the road has reopened.
A CAR smash has sparked rush hour chaos on a busy road in Glasgow.
Langlands Road has been closed in both directions from Shieldhall Road roundabout to the A379 Clyde Tunnel Expressway southbound off-slip due to an ongoing incident.
According to the council, 999 crews are currently in attendance.
Drivers are being asked to use an alternative route.
Police Scotland, the Scottish Fire Service, and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
