A busy street in Glasgow was forced to close after a police incident last night.
Glasgow City Council said North Hanover Street was shut from Cathedral Street to Killermont Street in the city centre from 8pm until around 9.45pm on Monday, February 19.
The local authority revealed that the area was closed due to an 'ongoing police incident'.
Currently, the nature of the incident is unknown, however, Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
