An urgent warning has been issued as a busy road in Glasgow is set to be closed for five days.
Nithsdale Road in the city's Southside will be shut between Darnley Street and Glencairn Drive from 8am on Monday, March 11 until 6am on Friday, March 15.
It will be closed to allow carriageway surfacing works to take place in the area.
During the works, drivers are being urged to 'avoid the area'.
A signed diversion will be in place for motorists.
