DEVELOPMENT AT THE CORNER OF ARGYLE STREET AND UNION STREET, GLASGOW.

PROPOSAL OF APPLICATION [PAN]

A Proposal of Application [PAN] notice has been submitted to Glasgow City Council confirming the intention to submit an application for Planning Permission for a new hotel development of approximately 200 guest bedrooms and associated support accommodation, along with ground floor retail, on the corner of Argyle Street and Union Street, Glasgow.

A public meeting and display of the proposals will take place from 15:00 to 19:00 hours on Wednesday 2nd September 2015 at The Viewing Platform, The Lighthouse, Mitchell Lane, Glasgow.

Members of the public and interested parties are invited to view the proposals and make comment to the design team who will attend the event.

This consultation is a pre-application event to gauge public opinion. The planning application has not yet been submitted so comments made at this stage are not representations to the planning authority.
