NOTICE OF PRE PLANNING APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposed New Residential Development, Amenity Space and Car Parking.

Location: On resultant brownfield site at Hinshelwood Drive, Skene Road and Ardo Gardens, Ibrox, Glasgow G51 2XR.

Glasgow Housing Association will hold an exhibition of plans for a proposed residential development on land at Hinshelwood Drive on Tuesday 22 September, between 3:45pm and 7:45pm, at Ibrox Library and Learning Centre, 1 Midlock St, Glasgow, G51 1SL. Representatives of GHA will be in attendance to answer questions.

Should you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so at the exhibition and/or in writing to the planning agent no later than 6 October 2015.

Note: Comments submitted at this stage are not representations to the Planning Authority, if, following this consultation exercise GHA submits a planning application, there will be an opportunity to submit representations to the Local Authority at that time.
