All persons who believe themselves to be parents of a male child born on 10/09/06 in (Colchester, Essex UK) to Rachel Dinnes (DOB:02/02/83) shall file a written response. If you do not file a written objection by October 14, 2015, you will have agreed to the permanent loss of your parental rights to this child.
