NOTICE OF PRE-PLANNING APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006. Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008

Proposed new residential development, amenity space and car parking.

Location: On site of the former Ruchill Primary School, Leighton Street, Glasgow, G20 9HW.

Cube Housing Association will hold an exhibition of plans for a proposed residential development on the site of the former Ruchill Primary School on Wednesday 14 October between 3:45pm-6:45pm at Ruchill Park Golf Course, Brassey Street, G20. Representatives of Cube Housing Association will be in attendance to answer questions.

Should you wish to make comments on the proposals you may do so at the exhibition and/or in writing to the planning agent no later than 28 October 2015.

Note: Comments submitted at this stage are not representations to the Planning Authority. If following this consultation exercise Cube Housing Association submits a planning application, there will be an opportunity to submit representations to the Local Authority at that time.
