Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Central Quay, Glasgow G3 8BL. Planning Permission in Principle for a Mixed Use Development comprising of 500 Residential Units with Retail Units at Ground Floor, 570,000 sq ft of Class 4 Office Space, and 90,000 sq ft of Class 6 Storage Space, with access, parking, landscaping, and associated site works at Anderston Quay, Glasgow.

A public meeting will be held at Marriott Hotel, 500 Argyle Street, Glasgow G3 8RR on 28th October 2015 between 2pm - 7pm. Further information may be obtained from Elaine MacLeod, Keppie Design, 160 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 4RL.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 11th November 2015 to Elaine Macleod, Keppie Design, 160 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 4RL, or by email to emacleod@keppiedesign.co.uk This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.

If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
