Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Havannah Street, Collegelands, Glasgow.

Vastint Hospitality B.V. propose to make an application to Glasgow City Council for planning permission to erect a student halls of residence together with associated landscaping works (modified design to that permitted under 14/02108/DC). A “proposal of application notice” has been submitted to the Council.

A public meeting will be held at The Silver Room, Old Sheriff Court, 105 Brunswick Street, Glasgow, G1 1TF on 18th November 2015 between 4pm and 7pm, at which information on the development will be available.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicants are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
