TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at vacant land to the east of 30 Auchinlea Way, Easterhouse, G34 9JJ for erection of new three storey retail and leisure building (up to 9,750 sq m gross) plus café building (up to 400 sq m gross).

A public meeting will be held at Easterhouse Library on Thursday 14th January from 2pm to 8pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by writing to Peacock and Smith, 9C Josephs Well, Leeds, LS3 1AB (or email to planning@peacockandsmith.co.uk) This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
