Public Exhibition Improving housing choices for older people in Pollokshields

McCarthy & Stone is proposing to erect a sheltered housing development with associated parking on Springkell Avenue, for people over 60.

It will include one and two bedroom apartments, shared lounge, guest suite, house manager and a 24 hour emergency call system for residents. Set within landscaped grounds, it will also include a sun room with a terrace on the top floor.
