TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Land to the south of 220 High Street, former Collegelands Goods Depot site, Glasgow, G4 0QW for erection of proposed hotel with associated access, servicing, landscaping and infrastructure.

A public manned exhibition will be held (over 2 days) at Fresh Student Living, Havannah Street, Glasgow 1pm – 7pm, Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th April 2016.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by email to Robert Evans at revans@muirsmithevans.co.uk This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
