Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 7(2)(b))

Raglan Development Limited is preparing to submit a planning application for new student accommodation with ground floor commercial units with associated access at 144 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow.

To keep the community updated, you are invited to attend a public consultation exhibition to find out more about the proposals and to make any comments about the proposal to the applicant.

The exhibition details are as follows: Holiday Inn, West Nile Street: Wednesday 22 June 2016, 3pm – 7pm Please note that any comments made to the applicant are not representations to the Planning Service. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the planning authority once a planning application has been submitted.
