Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed Development at 4-8 Dixon Street, Glasgow.

For a high quality mixed use development including hotel accommodation above with food and beverage opportunity ( or Retail ) below. Public realm and landscape enhancements will also incorporated at the base of the development.

A public meeting will be held at Jurys Inn, 80 Jamaica St, Glasgow G1 4QG, on the 17th June 2016 from 9am to 12pm.
