TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposal for the erection of residential development including formation of road junction and creation of nature conservation reserve at a site to the north of Royston Road / Cumbernauld Road, Millerston, Glasgow.

You are invited to a staffed public exhibition, regarding the above, which will take place in the Millerston United Free Church on Wednesday 6th July, 2016 from 11am until 7pm.

Further information may be obtained from McInally Associates Ltd, 16 Robertson Street, Glasgow G2 8DS. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Wednesday 27th July, 2016 to McInally Associates Ltd, 16 Robertson Street, Glasgow G2 8DS.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
