TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.


Proposed Development at the site bounded by and including Drumbeg Drive, Newfield Square, Househillwood Road, Dunside Drive and Glenlora Drive, Priesthill, Glasgow for 180 New Build Housing Units with open space and play areas within the development.

A public meeting will be held at the Priesthill United Reformed Church Hall, 160 Peat Road (off Hartstone Road), Priesthill, Glasgow, G53 6DE at 4pm – 7pm on Wednesday 20th July 2016.

Persons wishing to comment on the proposal should do so by Wednesday 3rd August 2016 to Lorna Douglas, MAST Architects, 51 St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow, G3 8NQ.

This notice does not relate to a Planning Application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a Planning Application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.The plans presented at the above event may change before the proposals are submitted as a Planning Application to the Council.
