Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Site at M77/Waukglen Road/Leggatston Road, Glasgow for Renewal of Planning Permission 13/01768/DC – (Erection of mixed use development incorporating Class 5 general industrial, Class 4 business, Class 7 hotel, Class 1 retail restricted to bulky goods and neighbourhood centre uses, Class 10 (day nursery/cre`che), Class 2 financial and professional, Class 9 residential, Class 3 restaurant, public house, and car/motorcycle showrooms with associated access, landscaping and infrastructure) (PLANNING PERMISSION IN PRINCIPLE).

A public meeting will be held at Darnley Community Centre, 10 Glen Moriston Road, Glasgow, G53 7LA ; on Wednesday 17th August 2016 – between 2pm to 7pm.
