Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development at 3 Pacific Quay, Glasgow, for the erection of hotel development with associated access, landscaping and other associated works.

A drop-in public consultation event will be held at The HUB at Pacific Quay, Digital Media Quarter, Pacific Drive, Glasgow, G51 1EA, on Wednesday 21st September 2016 from 2pm until 7pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Monday 3rd October 2016 to Gary Mappin, Iceni Projects via the above contact details. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
