Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.

Proposed developments at: 220 Broomielaw (Land at Carrick Street / McAlpine Street / Broomielaw (Known as 220 Broomielaw, Glasgow) for Mixed use development (offices, shops, restaurants, public houses, leisure, children's nurseries & Class 2 uses) including public realm, car parking, access, landscaping and other associated works (Full Planning Permission) 220 & 236 Broomielaw (Land at Carrick Street / McAlpine Street / Crimea Street and land at 232, 234 Broomielaw, Glasgow and 236 Broomielaw, Glasgow and 79 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ) for Mixed use development (offices, hotels, shops, restaurants, public houses, leisure, children's nurseries & Class 2 uses) including public realm, car parking, access, landscaping and other associated works (Planning Permission in Principle) Drop-in public consultation events will be held at the Glasgow Marriott, 500 Argyle Street, Glasgow, G3 8RR (Ewing Room) on Wednesday 12th October 2016 and Thursday 13th October 2016 from 11am until 8pm.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
