Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Bellrock Street, Skerryvore Road and Newhaven Road, Cranhill, Glasgow for new build of approximately 90 houses and flats for social rent.
A public meeting will be held at Cranhill Development Trust, Soutra Place, Cranhill on the 10th October between 2 and 6pm.

Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
