TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (Scotland) Regulations 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development at 187 Old Rutherglen Road and Commercial Road, Glasgow G5 0RE for a development of residential accommodation of 93 flats, with commercial space, courtyard parking and associated access.

The public event will show information on the proposed development for viewing in the ground floor of the Twomax building, at 187 Old Rutherglen Road, Glasgow G5 0RE between 2pm and 6.15pm, on the 8th – 10th Dec.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are NOT representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representation regarding the proposal at that time.
