THIS week has been the conclusion of the budget process both nationally in the Scottish Parliament and locally in Glasgow.

It is devastating, brilliant writing from Russell T Davies, and a groundbreaking telling of the AIDS pandemic through the eyes of the young people whose lives it tore apart.
THIS week I went to a community meeting about a huge new strategy launched by the council.
