Richie Sambora has reached out on Twitter to congratulate his former Bon Jovi bandmates on their new single, This House Is Not For Sale.
The well-wishes put to bed rumours of a feud between Richie and lead singer Jon Bon Jovi after Jon said earlier this year that he had not spoken to Richie in three years.

In a video message alongside his girlfriend, Australian guitarist Orianthi, Richie said: “Congratulations on the new single, man. God bless, good luck, hope you guys do great.”

Jon himself was quick to reply to the pair, sending them his thanks and saying he was “looking forward to hearing your record too”.

Richie left the band’s tour in 2013, saying he wanted to spend more time with his now 18-year-old daughter Ava.
Jon told CBS’ This Morning in May: “I haven’t seen him in over three years. He just didn’t show up for work any more. And that’s the truth of the matter.”
The band’s new guitarist Phil X revealed he was still friendly with Richie as they met backstage at a Jeff Beck concert and thanked him too.
