THE SSE Hydro in Glasgow is undoubtedly one of the best live music venues in the world. In recent years, it has hosted almost every major artist you could think of.

Tonight, the greatest showman himself, Hugh Jackman, kicks off his world tour at the Hydro for a staggering three-night stint.

7. The Brass Monkey (bar)

The Brass Monkey has more of a laid-back atmosphere and is a cool place to hang out. As well as having a drinks menu, they also have a cocktail menu which is very popular.

8. Clydebuilt Bar & Kitchen

This restaurant is located at the front entrance to the SEC, it offers a great range of food and drink.

9. The Finnieston

It offers a great variety of the finest seafood and produce. It prides itself on being Glasgow’s best Gin Cocktail Bar.
