A talent agency has revealed two big names are to appear in the new series of Two Doors Down.
As production wraps on the highly-anticipated seventh series of the sitcom, Keddie Associates Ltd says that two of their clients will feature in the show.
Mark Prendergast, known for his roles in Outlander and Rab C Nesbitt, will appear alongside Layla Kirk, whose previous roles include Karen Pirie and The Nest.
The agency said: "The hit BBC Scotland comedy Two Doors Down is returning for its seventh series featuring our wonderful Mark Prendergast and Layla Kirk."
It comes after we reported that the show's writer Simon Carlyle teased an eighth series could be on the cards.
Sharing a photo on Twitter with actors Arabella Weir (Beth), Joy McAvoy (Michelle) and Doon Mackichan (Cathy) near the end of filming, he wrote: "Cathy and Michelle's last night... for now."
