Fans of The Chase were left 'fuming' after a Glasgow contestant made a shocking confession on the show.
Olivia, from Glasgow, appeared on tonight's episode of the hit ITV quiz show, where she was one of four who banded together to take on the Chaser, Anne Hegerty.
The team got off to a good start when Michael, from Reading, got through to the final chase with £6,000.
But Ryan, from Swanage and Jill, from Bristol, were sent home after being caught by the Chaser and Olivia, 27, was the last of the four to face the Chaser, The Scottish Sun reports.
But, the occupational therapist stunned viewers after she admitted to host Bradley Walsh that her "general knowledge isn't that great".
She ended up being caught by the Chaser and was sent home.
Viewers headed d to social media after being baffled by the confession.
Posting on X, one person said: "'My general knowledge isn’t that good!' why enter the show then Olivia?"
Another added: "Olivia: 'I know my general knowledge is not great', You're not kidding."
The Chase airs on ITV between Monday and Saturday at 5pm.
