The tour, which will also take the TV stars to the likes of Cardiff and London, follows The Celebration Tour in 2023 - which also took place at the SEC after high demand called for a venue change from the Royal Concert Hall.
Last year's tour included Ramsay Street favourites Alan Fletcher and Jackie Woodburne, who play Karl and Susan Kennedy.
The cast for the 2025 tour has not yet been confirmed, however it has been revealed that Leah Boleto of Sky News will host the event.
Attendees have been told to expect surprises, never before heard stories and all the inside scoop on what life is really like in Erinsborough.
The night promises to be the ultimate toast to more than 9000 episodes of Neighbours, which originally debuted in 1985.
