The BBC has revealed why a TRNSMT headliner was 'missing' from their coverage of the event.
BBC Scotland has been covering the three-day Glasgow festival live as well as airing highlights on their channel and iPlayer.
But we reported earlier that some viewers had complained when the broadcaster did not appear to show Saturday headliner Gerry Cinnamon's show-closing performance.

Fans aired their frustrations on Twitter/X while a disappointed reader told us they were unable to access the performance on BBC iPlayer.
"I wanted to watch it because I couldn’t get tickets and I saw him loads over the years," they said.
"I was disappointed it said his name on iPlayer but I can’t find his show. He’s a big Glasgow singer I hope the BBC can sort something out for his fans who weren’t there."
One disgruntled viewer added: "How utterly bizarre that BBC have not shown Gerry Cinnamon’s headline set at TRNSMT."

Now the broadcaster has revealed they 'hoped' to show the performance but that some 'late decisions' were made on the broadcast schedule.
A spokesperson for the BBC said: “We had hoped to bring Gerry Cinnamon’s performance to viewers last night.
"Negotiations and agreements are made with artist teams months in advance and plans made accordingly - however, it is not unusual for artists to prefer not to be broadcast and late decisions to be made as a result."
