Lorraine Kelly had a disastrous start to her morning before hosting her ITV daytime show.
Any of us who have an early start for work know the struggle of making sure you wake up on time and don't sleep through an alarm.
But the Glasgow-born telly host had the opposite issue on Wednesday morning as she accidentally woke up two hours early.

The 64-year-old mistakenly read her clock as 5am, the time she usually gets up to get ready for her stint on Lorraine.
By the time she had already had a shower, Lorraine realised it was actually 3am.
Sharing a rather frustrated-looking selfie, she told her Instagram followers: "When you wake up and have a shower and a cuppa - BUT it’s 3am instead of 5am! Read the clock wrong!"

Lorraine's colleagues and followers shared their thoughts, with Dr Amir Khan stating: "Oh no!"
Another said: "I would have felt like that even if it was 5am."
A third added: "Omg!!!! You poor thing!! But been there and done it myself."
It comes after the Gorbals-born presenter revealed an adorable photo of her newborn granddaughter that now sits pride of place in her studio.
Lorraine's daughter Rosie gave birth to baby Billie and to mark the new arrival, there is now a photo of the baby's hand holding Lorraine's.
