As much as I hate to admit it I am getting older. There are a lot of products on the market that promise to revitalise and restore, help get rid of those fine lines and I have tried a few and struggled to see a difference to be honest. I thought this cream-oil from Elemis would be just another night cream that promises a miracle in a jar but I was wrong. After just a few days of use I could see a difference.
The texture is very silky and light, it absorbed straight into my skin without feeling tacky. My skin also felt very soft afterwards. The smell is pleasant, a milky botanical smell and not very strong.
My skin is brighter, more even. I have a lot of redness in my skin and is more prominant as I am getting older. This has helped calm it down. The pigmentation on my skin has greatly improved and my fine lines faded.
Okay, enough of the praise there has to be a catch! Well it costs, £49 for 30ml which might be a bit steep for some and normally something I would not entertain, but this product is so good it is worth the money if you are looking for healthier, younger skin with quick results. And if I am being honest, not that much more expensive that some of the products on the market that I have used before and not had the same results.
Peptide⁴ Night Recovery Cream-Oil from Elemis, £49 for 30ml. Available from www.elemis.com. Also in store at Debenhams and John Lewis.
