Glasgow's iconic Barrowland Ballroom has opened a new bar.
The music venue shared pictures of the opening of Sam's Bar on Instagram.
The post read: "Last night we opened our new bar called Sam’s Bar located in the main Ballroom.
"Sam’s bar is dedicated to one of the founding members of Barrowland Ballroom, Sam McIver, father to our now director Ann.
"The bar was curated by Tom Joyes our general manager of 39 years.
"It’s not often you will find a music venue such as ours operating as a family-owned business but here Barrowland stands."
The message went on to explain the new site's special features and announced that the official opening will be tonight, with a gig.
