A famous Glasgow singer has made a major announcement today.
Joesef, known for tune It's Been A Little Heavy Lately, has had his debut album, Permanent Damage, longlisted for the Scottish Album of the Year Award.
Taking to Instagram to announce the news, The Garthamlock-born star wrote: "Permanent Damage has been longlisted for the Scottish album of the year award."
Fans of the singer were quick to share their delight.
One person said: "Well deserved to you and the team."
While others wrote: "YEEEEESSSSSSSSSS" and "The best album!"
Several people even commented: "You better win!"
Joesef has been nominated alongside the likes of Brooke Combe and The Snuts.
The winner will be announced on October 26.
