Five stars of glowing relaxation
I am a self-confessed fake tan queen because as someone who is dark featured, I prefer a bit of colour so I don't resemble one of the Addams Family.
The one thing I, however, hate about tans is the preparation.
I decided to therefore try Revival Retreat's Luxury Tan - and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had in a beauty salon in a long time.
This time of year, we are all stressed and in addition we want to have a bit of colour.
This tan tackles both problems because it relaxes you and gives you a golden glow.
The Luxury Tan starts of with a luxury full body and facial exfoliation. The process is so relaxing and the Fake Bake products smell amazing.
The tan is then applied and the beautician tackles problem areas such as elbows and knees to ensure the colour develops smoothly.
Once the tan is drying, you are given a scalp message which I have to admit almost sent me to sleep after a tough week.
The treatment is finished off with a glass of a water and fruit kebab.
You are then given advice on how to make your tan last and promised the colour will develop in a couple of hours.
I cannot stress enough how much I loved this treatment. It was great having someone handle the whole tanning process and it was stess free.
I would do it again in a heartbeat.
The treatment lasts an hour and costs £51.25.
