YATES — BETTY. We would like to thank local paramedics, staff in A & E, ERU and Ward 22 at Monklands Hospital for their kind care and attention to Betty. Thanks too to relatives and friends for cards, flowers and food, much appreciated by us all. We are also very grateful to Deacon David Nicholson of Kildrum Parish Church who conducted the lovely services at the Church and crematorium.Thanks too to Michelle and John and the rest of the team at the Co-operative for efficient funeral arrangements and to the staff of the Castle Rooms in Uddingston for catering. A grand total of £1,030 was raised for CHAS, thanks for your generosity, Betty would have been proud - Graham, Gillian, Pamela, Nan and all the family.
