WHELAN - James Joseph Peacefully at Hairmyres Hospital on 22nd September 2021, aged 83 years. Beloved Husband of the late Mary and much loved dad, papa, great-papa, brother and father-in-law. Fortified by rites of Holy Church, R.I.P. Reception and vigil at St Bride's R.C. Church, Platthorn Drive, East Kilbride on Tuesday 5th October 2021 at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 6th October 2021 at 10am, thereafter to Philipshill Cemetery.
