O'NEILL - Cecelia Peacefully at home in Blairgowrie on Sunday 16th October 2022, Cecelia (nee Anderson), beloved wife of the late Billy, dearly loved sister of the Anderson family and much loved step-mother. A well liked member of the local community. R.I.P. Funeral Mass in St Stephen's Church, Blairgowrie on Thursday 3rd November at 10am, thereafter to Perth Crematorium at 11.30am, to which all are invited. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired for Macmillan Cancer Care may be given at the church and crematorium.
