BURKE - James (83 years) died surrounded by members of his family at Gartnavel General Hospital on Saturday 22nd April 2023. Beloved husband to his dear departed wife Anne, he leaves behind his children; James, Thomas, Annamarie, Maureen, Kevin, Shaun, Eileen, Hugh and Dermot and, his grandchildren; Sinead, Jennifer, Jade, James, Olivia and Emilia. He will return to his family home in Penilee on Tuesday 2nd May before being received into Our Lady and St George's Roman Catholic Church (50 Sandwood Road, Glasgow G52 2QE) on Friday 5th May at 6.30pm with the funeral service following on Saturday 6th May at 9.30am. Burial at St Conval's Cemetery.
