IRVINE - Anthony (Tony) Barton Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, 6th June 2023. Tony, beloved husband of Anne, treasured dad of Caity, Anna and James, proud son of Tony and Katrina, much loved brother of Nicola, loving uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and a friend to many. Funeral service at Clydebank Crematorium, North Dalnottar on Tuesday, 27th June at 10.30am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. I was so sad to hear this terrible news. Tony and I met pushing trolleys at Safeway in Clydebank and quickly became fast friends who enjoyed golf together. Unfortunately, I moved away in 1996 so we did not get to see each other very often. I have fond memories of playing golf with him at Douglas Park a few years ago and hearing all about his family. He was a very proud husband and father. Sending much love to Anne and his children.
