MASSIMO DONATI should today complete a £1.5million move to Serie A side Bari in a four-year deal.
After talks with Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell failed to render a similar offer, Donati is expected to formally quit the Hoops on Monday.
A statement on Bari's website confirmed: "Celtic have accepted Bari's offer for the transfer of Donati."
However, German right-back Andreas Hinkel will not be exiting Paradise despite transfer interest from Hull City, Germany and Greece.
Hinkel's agent Klaus Schaude said: "Andreas will stay at Celtic. Andreas is comfortable playing at Celtic and is looking ahead to the challenges of playing in the SPL and in the Europa League."
A Uefa spokesman has admitted that diving Arsenal ace Eduardo may be punished with a retrospective ban.
He said: "Uefa is looking into the incident with the Arsenal player, but has not decided if action will commence."
