Former Rangers' chairman Sir David Murray is to marry his long-term fiancee on his Perthshire estate next month.
Sir David, who sold his shareholding in the Ibrox club to Craig Whyte last week, will wed former lawyer Kae Tinto at his Dunbarney estate. They have been engaged for five years.
The 59-year-old, whose first wife Louise died in 1992, said: "The time is right. Kae and I have been together for almost eight years and, after selling Rangers, this is a completely new chapter in my life. We make a great team."
Wedding banns have been posted at Perth Register Office, but no wedding date has been revealed.
Divorcee Kae, 39, an ex-showjumping champion who has degrees from Glasgow and Aberdeen universities. She has twin daughters from a previous marriage.
Sir David, who lives mainly in Edinburgh, has two grown-up sons, David and Keith, from his marriage.
Kae accompanied him to the Palace of Holyrood House when he was knighted by the Queen in 2007.
The Ayr-born businessman made his fortune after building up Murray International Metals, the firm he set up when he was 23. He now has a business portfolio spanning property, metals, electronics and venture capital businesses.
Sir David lost both legs in a car crash in 1976 and set up the Murray Foundation, which provides support for amputees.
