A monk found guilty of indecent assault has had his conviction overturned.
Mark Paterson, 55 said he was "over the moon" after the decision at the Justiciary Appeal Court in Edinburgh.
The Carmelite friar had been found guilty of sexual assault on a woman at Aberdeen University chaplaincy between 2002 and 2004 following a five-day trial in 2006.
