After great success all over England and Wales, Côte Brasserie opens its first Scotland location today in Glasgow.
The West Nile Street eaterie will offer a modern twist on French bistro cuisine with an eclectic menu featuring all the French classics using high-quality ingredients.
Joint Managing Director Harald Samuelsson said: "We’ve been looking at Glasgow for quite a few years now and just waiting for the right property to come up."
The new Glasgow location has combined two different shops to create what Samuelsson calls a “grand space with high ceilings that really evokes the French brasserie feeling.”
The menu features French bistro favorites like steak frites, tuna Niçoise, and crème caramel and crème brûlee for dessert as well as a specials menu that changes with the season.
