FANS of Welsh rock legends Stereophonics could be in for a treat thanks to the Clutha Trust.
The musical charity, set up in the wake of the helicopter tragedy, is auctioning off a Gibson SG guitar signed by the Handbags and Gladrags stars to raise funds.
As well as the guitar, the highest bidder of the online auction will get two tickets to the five-piece's Edinburgh Castle show on July 15.
The group are to become the next inductees to the Barrowlands Hall of Fame, and the guitar winner will be the lucky person presenting them with the award.
Billy Coyle, co-founder of the Clutha Trust, said the band have been "very enthusiastic" about the Clutha Trust, which runs music workshops for children across the city.
Founded in 2013, the charity has branched out into schools and hosts regular performance sessions at the Clutha Bar for aspiring musicians.
Billy said: "Stereophonics have been very supportive of what we do.
They signed the guitar at the Radio 1 show they were doing. I spoke to Kelly about the Clutha Trust, he was very interested in it.
"They have given us two tickets for their concert on July 15 in Edinburgh as part of the prize.
The person who s the highest bidder will also get to present the band with their award inducting them into the Barrowlands Hall of Fame.
"They'll get to meet them as well, and the special chance to give them the award.
"It's a great thing for a Stereophonics fan, and the band are thrilled to be receiving the award too."
Bidding for the auction, which has kicked off at a staggering £2000, will finish at midnight on July 10, with the winner being notified by 9am the next day.
The funds raised will be put towards the Clutha's school projects, including groups at Drumpark Primary school, and buying adapted instruments for kids with additional needs.
