A POPULAR Glasgow nightspot has been put on the market.
The sale of Moskito, on Bath Street, is expected to attract a lot of interest according to Smith & Clough Business Associates who brought it to the market.
The city boozer was established by current owner Neil Connolly in 2000, and quickly became one of the most popular and trendiest places within Glasgow.
Jonathan Clough, of Smith & Clough Business Associates, said: “We are delighted to be handling the sale of Moskito, which is without doubt, one of the most exciting licensed opportunities to come on to the market for some time.
"Moskito is such a well-loved and recognised brand, winning many awards over the years, and this is a unique opportunity for someone to take on this long established and well performing business.
"We are expecting high-levels of interest in the sale, and are envisaging a broad spectrum of potential buyers including local, multiple and corporate operators. I also wouldn’t be surprised if someone bought Moskito, with a view to opening further outlets and growing the brand.”
Smith & Clough are seeking leasehold offers in excess of £375,000 for Moskito.
