Woman assaulted from behind after getting off bus in Condorrat
A woman was assaulted after getting off of a bus in Condorrat, North Lanarkshire.
The 23-year-old was walking across Main Road on Wednesday, December 6, when she was attacked from behind.
The victim was assaulted before running off towards an address in Kirkview where police were called.
Officers are now reviewing CCTV following on from the incident which took place at 8.20pm on Wednesday, December 6.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Inquiries are ongoing into an assault on a 23-year-old woman on Main Road in Condorrat."
"Police are currently looking at CCTV footage to gather more details and further their investigation.
"Witnesses to the incident are asked to contact police on 101."
