THIS popular pizzeria, which is just across the road from Kelvingrove Museum has been rated 'excellent' by 70% of Trip Advisor reviewers.. Diners will be spoiled for choice with 14 varieties of pizza to choose from. Owner Enzo Trapanese from Salerno insists on 48-hour proving for his pizza dough which when baked creates a thin, crunchy, wood smoke-infused crust.
