Hopefield Gardens in Wishaw
TWO cars were deliberately set on fire in an idyllic North Lanarkshire housing estate.
Police are now appealing to the public for information which could lead to the perpetrators.
At around 1am on Tuesday, July 4, a silver Volkswagen Golf and Alfa Romeo Giulietta were wilfully set on fire on Hopefield Gardens, Gowkthrapple, Wishaw.
Enquiries are currently ongoing.
Detective Sergeant Diane Barr, of Wishaw CID Lanarkshire CID, is urging the public or any witnesses to the incident to contact 101 quoting incident number 0202 of July 4, 2018.
