ENQUIRIES are being carried out after a bin was deliberately set on fire outside a trendy restaurant in Glasgow’s West End.
The alarm was raised in the early hours of the morning as firefighters rushed to 10 10 on Radnor Street, just off Argyle Street, close to Kelvingrove Art Gallery.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police are investigating after a bin was willfully set on fire outside a coffee shop on Radnor Street in Glasgow in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said it was alerted to an incident of a bin on fire at around 2.25am.
One appliance was dispatched to the area and the blaze was extinguished in ten minutes.
